Wednesday  840 miles in 16 hour
Total drive home was 3040 miles in 58 hours.

When the road and scenery was flat and boring, we switched to driving to night.

From the state of Arizona to the Mississippi River, the view out
the windshield was just breath-taking.  The camera could only 
capture a peek of the colors and vastness of the sky and terrain.

Not all the trip home was devoted to driving.
