Getting There

Located on the upper Missouri River in North Dakota

The most important fur trading post from 1828 to 1867, seven Northern Plains Indian tribes exchanged buffalo robes and small furs for goods from around the world such as cloth, blankets, beads and guns.

Exchange Room located between the double gates for security and safety.
