My Sleep Study
3/1/2014
I went to bed at 22:40. The first 20 mins. shows
my heart rate was a
tight 80 bpm average.
The initial rate of 80-100 was pulling up the covers, getting settled in,
turning off the lights.
At 23:00, my heart rate pattern changes to 90-70, with an average of 80 bpm for
hours. I'm asleep.
My oxygen level starts out normal at
95. The threshold of 90 is the recommended minimum.
My heart rate remains 90-70 with an average of 80 bmp.
My oxygen level drops below the
recommended minimum of 90, five times, the first hour.
One time if was for an extended period of time, yet my heart continued to beat.
After two hours, at 00:30 my heart rate drops from 90-70=80 to
80-60=70 average bpm.
My oxygen level remains about 95 and does
not drop below 90 for now, the recommended minimum.
Occasional spikes could be due to turning from side-to-side, average
still at 70 bpm.
My oxygen level now remains about 95 and
does not drop below 90, the recommended minimum.
From 00:30 to 2:00 heart rate slowly drops for 70 to 60 bpm
average with some movement spikes.
My oxygen level drifts down to 92 and
twice it goes below the recommended minimum briefly.
Heart rate remains at 60 bpm average from 2:00-5:00 and until waking up at 5:15.
This is my deep sleep.
My oxygen level remains about 92and does
not drop below 90 now, the recommended minimum.
With a heart rate average remaining at 60 bpm average,
03:45-04:10 it is flat, This is deep sleep.
My oxygen level drops to about 90 but only
twice again goes below the recommended minimum.
At 5:15, I awake, turn off my device while still
remaining at 60 bpm that brief moment of activity.
My oxygen level remains about 90 and drops
three more times below 90 only briefly.
Since this is my first night of my study,
I don't know what is normal for me.
I don't know what is normal for others. As I collect more data, answers to
questions
are forthcoming.
